• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Language: Fluent English required; Russian-speaking is a plus, not mandatory

• Pets: Two friendly cats in the home – pet-friendly applicants only

• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

This role requires experience with both infants and toddlers. The nanny will be responsible for managing the children’s day-to-day routines and helping them meet key developmental milestones.

Infant & Toddler Care

• Bottle prep and feeding schedules

• Diapering, dressing, and hygiene routines

• Sleep training and nap schedules

• Introduction to solid foods and meal/snack prep

• Age-appropriate developmental activities

• Tummy time, reading, music, sensory play, and outdoor walks

General Nanny Duties

• Light housekeeping related to the children (laundry, dishes, tidying play areas)

• Keeping a daily log of meals, naps, and milestones

• Driving children to nearby activities, classes, or appointments if needed

• Supporting social and emotional development

• Creating a nurturing and structured environment

The ideal candidate is mature, professional, and confident in caring for two young children with differing needs. A background in early childhood education or Montessori-based care is a plus.

• Clean background check and valid driver’s license

• Work authorization in the U.S.
