This family is seeking a calm, confident presence for overnight care 3 nights per week for a 3 to 6-month commitment. If you are passionate about sleep training, newborn development, and supporting first-time parents through the transition into parenthood, this role is for you.

Nightly Responsibilities and Expectations
As a night nurse, your core role will be supporting both infant and parent through the overnight hours. Key duties include:
Monitoring and caring for the newborn during nighttime hours
Handling nighttime feedings, diapering, and soothing
Implementing or supporting gentle sleep training techniques
Keeping feeding logs and noting infant sleep patterns
Educating and guiding new parents on overnight routines
Keeping the nursery area clean and tidy
Providing emotional reassurance and newborn care expertise
This is a non-live-in, overnight only role and will require you to work 3 flexible nights per week, agreed upon in advance with the family.

Qualifications We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Prior experience as a night nurse or newborn care specialist
Confidence in sleep training and newborn care best practices
Fluent in English (Russian language not required)
Clear, calm communicator with excellent nighttime discretion
CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to update)
Strong references from previous newborn families
Experience with twins, reflux, or sleep regression is a plus but not required.
