Elite Nannies Miami is representing a loving family searching for a warm, dependable, and skilled live-out nanny to care for their 1-month-old baby.  This exclusive role requires 5–10+ years of hands-on newborn care experience, strong expertise in sleep training, and the ability to guide first-time parents through every stage of their baby’s early development.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is a nurturing, reliable, and proactive nanny who understands the importance of establishing healthy routines for newborns. You will support the family by providing personalized infant care and helping first-time parents navigate the early months of parenthood.

This is a full-time, live-out position based in Brickell, Miami. Flexibility is key, as the role may require occasional extended hours and domestic or international travel with the family.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care for a 1-month-old infant

• Assist with feeding, sleep training, diapering, and developmental milestones

• Establish healthy daily and nightly routines

• Guide first-time parents on newborn transitions

• Support infants experiencing colic, reflux, or feeding sensitivities

• Handle baby-related housekeeping, including bottle prep, baby laundry, and nursery organization

• Maintain open and direct communication with parents

• Travel with the family domestically and internationally when needed

• Adapt to additional infant-related duties as they arise

Qualifications

To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

• 5–10+ years of professional nanny experience specializing in infants

• Proven sleep training expertise and newborn care knowledge

• Familiarity with colic, reflux, and early developmental challenges

• Infant CPR & First Aid Certification (required)

• Up-to-date CDC-recommended vaccinations (Tdap, flu, COVID, etc.)

• Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills

• Punctual, dependable, and flexible with scheduling

• Outstanding references from prior long-term placements

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally
