Position Details

• Location: Brickell, Miami, FL

• Position Type: Full-Time, Live-In

• Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 DOE

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed

• Travel: Occasional domestic & international travel with the family

• Start Date: Immediate

General Responsibilities

As a trusted live-in nanny, you will play a vital role in ensuring the child’s overall safety, happiness, and developmental progress:

Childcare & Daily Routines

• Provide full-time care for the family’s 2-year-old child

• Support developmental milestones, language, and social-emotional growth

• Maintain consistent sleep schedules, mealtime routines, and play activities

Educational Support

• Plan age-appropriate educational games and early learning activities

• Foster creativity and curiosity through structured play and outdoor time

• Collaborate with parents on developmental goals

Health & Nutrition

• Prepare healthy, balanced meals and snacks for the child

• Monitor food sensitivities and follow parental dietary preferences

• Ensure the child’s environment is clean, organized, and safe

Household & Travel Support

• Light household duties related to the child’s care (laundry, toy organization, etc.)

• Travel readiness — pack and manage child-related items for trips

• Maintain discretion and professionalism in a high-profile household

Qualifications & Requirements

This role is ideal for a career nanny in their mid-30s to late-40s with a strong childcare background and the energy required to manage a demanding live-in schedule:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional nanny experience

• Prior experience in private households preferred

• CPR & First Aid Certified

• Excellent knowledge of child development and safety practices

• Strong physical stamina and adaptability

• Must be open to occasional travel with the family

• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus
