Elite Household HR is placing a full-time, live-out housekeeper for a distinguished private family in Pinecrest, Florida. The residence is 9,000 square feet — seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms — home to three young daughters, a live-in nanny, and a hands-on mother who maintains her home to an exceptional standard.
This is not a position for someone who cleans houses. This is a position for someone who maintains a home — the difference between the two is everything, and the right candidate already knows it. The household is well-staffed, well-run, and looking for a career housekeeping professional whose standard of care is as high as their own.
Position Details
- Full-time, live-out — Pinecrest, FL
- Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- 45 hours per week
- $30 to $35 per hour, W2
- Overtime, PTO, and federal holidays off (time-and-a-half if worked)
- Start date: flexible for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive home cleaning, organization, and deep cleaning of a large private residence
- Laundry, ironing, and garment care for the full family
- Simple family meal preparation and cooking for the household
- Grocery shopping and pantry management
- Day-to-day household operational support
Requirements
- Five or more years of verifiable private household housekeeping experience in a large residence
- Experience in a family home with young children preferred
- Strong laundry, ironing, and fine garment care skills
- Culinary competency for daily family meal preparation
- Full comprehension of English
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean background and legal U.S. work authorization
- Two verifiable references from prior private household employers
