Position Details

• Location: Brickell, Miami, FL

• Position Type: Full-Time, Live-In

• Compensation: $30+/hr DOE

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM with flexibility as needed

• Travel: Domestic and international travel occasionally required

• Start Date: Immediate

General Responsibilities

As a full-time live-in Filipina nanny, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the family’s childcare needs while fostering a loving, stable, and structured environment for the children.

Childcare & Daily Routines

• Provide full-time, hands-on care for the children

• Manage daily schedules including meals, nap times, and educational play

• Ensure a safe, organized, and nurturing environment

Infant & Toddler Support

• Assist with feeding, diapering, and sleep conditioning for infants

• Guide parents on healthy routines and development milestones

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s needs

Cultural Sensitivity & Family Integration

• Many families prefer Filipina nannies for their cultural values, dedication, and experience in long-term household roles

• Work closely with the family to respect traditions and parenting preferences

• Offer bilingual communication skills (if applicable) as an added benefit

Travel & Household Support

• Pack, organize, and manage children’s items for trips

• Accompany the family on domestic and international travel

• Light household duties related to childcare (laundry, toy organization, etc.)

Qualifications & Requirements

This role is ideal for a career Filipina nanny with extensive experience in private households:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional childcare experience

• Prior experience as a live-in nanny strongly preferred

• CPR & First Aid certification required

• Valid passport for international travel

• Strong infant and toddler care expertise

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Must be professional, discreet, and trustworthy

• Bilingual (English/Tagalog) a plus but not required
