We are currently seeking a Full-time Professional Career Private Educator to work in a private home setting with a Family of 7 in Miami, FL. As a private educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized educational plans for individual students. Your goal will be to help the 5 children develop their full potential by identifying their unique strengths and weaknesses and tailoring your teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement personalized educational plans
– Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and tailor teaching methods to meet their individual needs
– Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
– Communicate with parents regarding progress and achievement
– Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive educational experience for the 5 children
– Stay current on educational best practices and trends
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a private setting
– Demonstrated ability to develop and implement personalized educational plans for individual students
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
