We are a reputable household staffing agency searching for a highly experienced live-out nanny for a wonderful family relocating to Mid-Beach, Miami, FL. The role requires a nurturing, energetic, and proactive individual who can engage in child development activities, assist with daily routines, and provide loving care for a toddler and newborn.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Full-time care for a toddler and a newborn (starting July 2025).
✔ Plan and implement stimulating, educational, and fun activities suitable for each child’s age.
✔ Engage in outdoor activities, social outings, and structured playtime.
✔ Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
✔ Assist with light housekeeping related to the children, including laundry, tidying play areas, and cleaning up after meals.
✔ Safely drive children to and from activities, school, and playdates (a family vehicle may be provided).
✔ Maintain clear and open communication with parents through updates, photos, and daily reports.
Ideal Candidate
✅ Minimum 5 years of nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
✅ Fluent in English (Spanish-speaking is a plus).
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
✅ CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain immediately).
✅ Active, responsible, and passionate about childcare.
✅ Comfortable working alongside hands-on parents in a collaborative environment.
