Position Details

• Location: Boca Raton, FL

• Position Type: Full-Time, Live-In

• Schedule: 5 or 6 days per week (negotiable) — may include every other weekend

• Compensation: $80,000+ DOE (annual salary)

• Property: 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom luxury estate with pool

• Travel: May occasionally include travel to secondary residences

• Start Date: Immediate

General Responsibilities

As a full-time live-in housekeeper, you’ll provide the highest standard of white-glove service while managing the care and maintenance of a luxury estate.

Estate Housekeeping & Organization

• Perform deep cleaning and daily upkeep of a 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom estate

• Care for fine art, antiques, luxury finishes, and delicate fabrics

• Clean and maintain high-value flooring, marble, silverware, and crystal

Household Management & Vendor Coordination

• Oversee household inventories and ensure premium supplies are stocked

• Coordinate vendor appointments (cleaning crews, landscapers, pool service, etc.)

• Liaise with the estate manager, security, and other household staff

Guest & Event Support

• Prepare guest rooms and ensure five-star accommodations

• Assist with private dinners, poolside events, and family gatherings

• Provide discreet and professional support during high-profile entertaining

High-Net-Worth Property Expertise

• Expertise in museum-quality care for fine art, antiques, and collectibles

• Familiarity with luxury appliances, smart-home systems, and climate-controlled storage

• Maintain the highest confidentiality and manage household operations discreetly

Qualifications & Requirements

This role is ideal for an experienced live-in housekeeper with a background in high-value private households:

• Minimum 5+ years of luxury estate housekeeping experience

• Prior experience working in high-net-worth homes required

• Skilled in fine art care, silverware polishing, and luxury material maintenance

• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and manage vendors

• CPR & First Aid certification preferred

• Must demonstrate confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
