The right candidate is a true infant and toddler professional: someone who finds her element with a baby, works seamlessly alongside another nanny, and brings the initiative of a self-directed professional who doesn’t need to be managed. This is a long-term placement for a nanny who wants to be part of a household, not just pass through one.
About the Role
The ten-month-old is the primary charge. A second nanny handles school pickups, drop-offs, and daily logistics for the four- and six-year-old. In the mornings, the live-in nanny supports all three children; for the balance of the day, care is focused on the baby.

- Proven success working alongside a second nanny or other household staff
- A self-directed go-getter who takes initiative without needing guidance
- Warm, discreet, and long-term minded — a genuine team player
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred; multilingual a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Clean background and legal U.S. work authorization
- Verifiable references from prior private household employers
