Nanny Jobs Miami- PT Nanny needed

Are you an exceptional nanny looking to work with a loving and caring home? Professional and exceptionally nice couple are seeking an educated, experienced part-time nanny to care for their 2 children. Full care of one toddler and one 6 year old. Hours are in the afternoons with some nights needed with ample notice. All candidates must have 4 years of full-time experience working as a professional nanny. Bilingual, English and Spanish, is highly preferred. Clean background check and driving record.  Must be fluent in both languages. Must have the capability to establish a good rapport with the  children, creating an immediate connection and a sense of respect for one another.  Candidate must be open to using positive management techniques that included verbal reinforcement and maintain a fair and consistent manner when dealing with the children and praise them for their good behaviour.  Qualities looking for in the Candidate: caring and calm manner, along with patience and respectful nature, that opens the path to a positive learning environment and a good rapport.
