South Miami, Florida
Elite Household HR is seeking an experienced Live-Out Nanny/Family Assistant in South Miami for a warm, welcoming private family committed to building a long-term relationship with an exceptional childcare professional. This is an outstanding opportunity for an organized, nurturing, and proactive individual who enjoys balancing attentive childcare with light household support in a refined family environment.
The family has two young children, ages 18 months and 3 years, both beginning school this August, and they are excited to welcome a new baby this December. They are seeking someone who is kind, dependable, flexible, and genuinely enjoys becoming an important part of a family’s daily life over the next two to three years.

As the family’s needs evolve following the baby’s arrival, the position will naturally transition to include increased newborn care while continuing to provide outstanding support for the older children after school.
