About the Family
This wonderful family of four, including a 1-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl, is looking for a dedicated professional nanny to provide exceptional care and support. The family values a nurturing, reliable, and educational approach to childcare, ensuring their children’s growth and development in a safe and loving environment.
Location: Coconut Grove, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM with occasional nights and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive daily care for the 1-year-old boy and 3-year-old girl, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development.
- Engage children in enriching and age-appropriate educational activities to stimulate their growth and learning.
- Perform light housekeeping duties while children are in summer camp, maintaining a tidy and organized environment.
- Handle drop-offs and pick-ups, ensuring the children’s safe transportation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of documented experience as a professional nanny, with a proven track record of caring for infants and toddlers.
- Educational background in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
- Up-to-date with all required immunizations and health checks.
- Fluent in English; bilingualism (Spanish) is a plus.
- Certified in CPR and first aid.
- Comfortable with swimming or willing to learn (swimming pool on premises).
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible to accommodate occasional evening or weekend childcare needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a nurturing and firm approach to childcare.
- Valid driver’s license and work authorization in the US.
- Past employment stability and exceptional references.
Additional Information:
- Summer school/camp schedule: until 12 PM and 3 PM, respectively.
